Berliner Volksbank offers a Junges Konto without fees for students up to the age of 30. You can fill in an online application form, print it and take it to a branch office together with your ID.

Commerzbank offers a Start-Konto without fees for students up to the age of 30.
HypoVereinsbank offers a Girokonto Start without fees for students up to their 26th birthday.
Berliner Sparkasse offers a Startkonto without fees for students up to the age of 24. For opening an account you have to go to a branch office.

Tip of a student (not checked by us): N26 is an online platform where you can open a bank account before coming to Berlin/ registering at the Bürgeramt. It has a well done English version as well.
There might be more offers from different banks, please make sure that you check the websites for the up-to-date details.
